Gutter cleaning is paid by your association each spring and fall.

Services available now are:

Exterior window cleaning $39

Interior window cleaning $54

Siding washing $140

We will be cleaning the gutters on all units starting Monday June 2, 2008.

This service is provided by your association.

You do not have to be home when we do the work.

We will leave a bill.
